I am facing red light blinking issue in my Jio fiber router since ** th July and complaint to them many times but everytime they just give me an appointment and no one visited on that appointment time ....this has happened with me almost three times that no one has visited to solve my problem inspite of having an appointment. I have my lot of work online and whenever I call them that no one has visited to solve the issue they give me another appointment....and this goes on. kindly provide me a solution to this .
