Sir I purchase new laptop of hp at **/**/**** there is a warranty of * year ..I m facing problem from starting when I purchase laptop the hp service centre employee is not able to solve the problem they are tried *-* times but problem is not solve...the component is neither solve my problem nor give me new laptop please do something....
