Hello Team,
I've purchased a laptop on your online reliance digital store. They have sent me the low end version with regards to refresh rate **HZ. I've contacted your representative multiple times regarding the same. Now they mention that return is not possible. Even the product on the site does not clearly mention the product specifications about display refresh rate. This is a mistake from your end as you are not specific enough regarding the product. I would like you to provide a immediate resolution for this issue.
