I recieved a confirmation On **st of august that tech visit will b completed by jeeves before **th... Now i recieved a message stating that seller has declined my refund request.. i reraised return...And when i called flipkart customer care,I got informed that the tech visit was attempeted and issued was resolved by troubleshooting.. i neither recieved a call nor anyone visitd me... I got a confirmation that ill get tech visit done before **th and cancelled my travel schedule to **th morning.. Again flipkart is telling me to wait till **th... Ill b out of state. Flipkart trust is getting wained day by day... Itz been more than ** days since i raised a complaint... No action from flipkarts part... Really miffed with flipkart...they are cheating customers...
