I have applied loan through them, but due to their long and rigorous process, i cancelled the loan. they have taken **** as file logging charges and ***** as the processing fee for a loan amount of ** lakh. ** days before the concerned person had been touch with me and told me to sent me check through courier but since then no one is picking calls

Now i need the whole money to be NEFT transferred and also need a harassment case and want a compensation
