Problem details - Not repaired under warranty.
Grievance Details:- I have purchased a refrigerator of Rs.**,***/- from the above-stated company on **/**/****. Just after * years, the compressor of his refrigerator is not working properly. The compressor of the refrigerator is under ** years warranty. When I contacted the company regarding the issuing company send technicians to repair the refrigerator and the technician visited the home three times but they did not repair my refrigerator. They took the service charges of Rs.***/- also for checking of my refrigerator. But till the date, they did not resolve my issue. So I want to lodge my complaint against the company and also wants to get a resolution as soon as possible.
