I am a customer of Videocon d*h. I requested to remove add on services but even after calling *-* times and raising the complaint, the company not resolved my complaint. Its customer care no. is also not working properly. Now my most of the channels are not working. I am unable to contact the customer care executive. Please resolve my issue.
