I purchased pair of shoes from clubfactory and when I received my order I found out that I had been delivered the wrong product. I asked for a refund immediately and even returned the product the very next day, the customer service which was supposed to answer me in ** hours didn't even do so..I had no other choice but to email them which I luckily got after complaining on the Google play store, I gave a bad review. Two months of me trying to prove I had really returned the product ... finally they realize I had returned the product but the very next day they said I wouldn't be refunded as I delivered it to the wrong address. They didn't provide me with the right information and customer service now I am the victim of my own foolishness trusting the app. It made a fool out of me. Please help me get my. Refund. Please
