I have been a tenant in the student accommodation hostel of Good Host Space at the Shoolini University. I was registered at their accommodation on **th of February prior to which I paid a sum of Rs. ****/- as security deposit. When I quit their place on **th April, they asked for my due clearance which I submitted and they agreed to refund my security fee then. Now, it has been more than one and half month and they have not refunded the amount yet. They are not responding to my calls and email. The hostel admin Mr. Samuel (+**-**********) does not receive or return calls. They have completely stopped responding to me and even ignoring the order of Vice Chancellor of Shoolini University, Dr. Atul Khosla. I have been mentally harassed by the Good Host Space while I was residing and till date they are playing with my hardship. They charge unnecessary and illogical amount of fine from students each week and have been looting and conducting unethical business there. Therefore, I call out for justice personally and on behalf of **** student.
