I bought a dress from vastrova. before the purchase I have gone through terms&conditions and return policy clearly. I got very poor quality product so contacted them for the same. they deducted the amount of ***rupees for returning it and I couriered back the product on my own charges. But the refunded money to vastrova wallet instead of my bank account. This condition was nowhere mentioned on the website. This website is fake and reviews are fake on the website. I dont want to shop with them anymore. I want my money back to my bank account.
