I am writing to express my disappointment regarding the status of my refund
. It has now been * months since I submitted the refund request, and I have not to receive any update or the refund amount.
I had expected a prompt resolution in line with oda class advertised “** days refund” policy. The prolonged delay has caused inconvenience and is affecting my confidence in service.
They are only lingering the process initially by mail n phone call by saying process is going on but now no mail no phone from their side and no response of my phone and mail
