sir/madam,
I Rishi Bansal has purchased a Whirlpool washing machine from sargam electronics against Invoice No. BOD-**-**** Dt-**-Oct-**** from sikandra-bodla showroom, Agra under a **% cash back scheme but I have not received the Cash Back till now despite multiple calls and mail compliance to service department in sargam electronics.
I am very much disappointed by the response of service department
