I've cancelled my booking an year ago in **** but didn't receive my refund. They started the refund process only on **.**.****. and it has been thrice they said they initiated the refund and it's failed all the three times. Each time they made me to wait ** working days to look for the refund in my bank account. This is so much frustrating for me and there is no proper response on why it's failing again and again.
