It been more * months since i have the headphones for the repair but their after they haven't send the headphones back to me. Whenever i asked the support team via email they said still the technical department is checking the headphones. The worst support service i have ever seen in mine entire life. If i ever get a chance to talk to that support person for sure i am gonna ruin his day. They are thief who steal the money by doing this unprofessional way things
