I enrolled in June in a business analyst course fee charged *****. after joining the course from Simplilearn no one calls me for the onboarding process. then my daughter met with an accident at that time my focus was on my daughter. till September * emi debited but still I not receive a single call from simplilearn. Now I m asking for a refund they are refusing to state that it's valid after onboard * days. but I have not completed this procedure. please help me to get this refund.
