I am booking my coustomer, and I buy a free cancellation policy, last few hours coustomer come and he was saying please cancel my booking I said OK I cancelled passengers booking and i refund whole amount in my pocket, because ABHIBUS coustomer support he was saying your refund reflected in your account with in * to * working days and ABHIBUS application also showing your refund reflected with in * to * working days in your account, I call coustomer support team daily but he was given time ** days * days and abhibus was saying my legal team contact with in ** days I am waiting ** days no calls abhibus side, I am calling daily but not response and cut my calls, now ** days complete almost, now what I do I don't know kindly help.
Guys don't book ABHIBUS ,it's froud company.
