I bought Teejh women gold toned gold plated cuff bracelet. I want to return it due to size and quality issues. I filled return request in myntra, mentioning that I didn't get any tags with the bracelet. Also, it didn't arrive in any brand box with qr code. It came im courier box only. Still the delivery person didn't collect it and asked for the approval. When I contacted customer care, they took *-* days to respond and denied my return and approval request stating We regret to inform you that we are unable to accept the return request for the product.we found that the correct product was shipped in a sealed condition to the address provided at the time of purchase.
It is never our endeavor to hassle our genuine and loyal customers, however, in situation like these, to avoid platform abuse, we rely on information best available to us.
I regret that the claim stands declined.
