- Not paying back the amount for cancelled flat ^Open

* years ago, when I was working at Jet Airways, I had booked a flat in MIGSUN ULTIMO (Mahaluxmi Infrahome Private Limited), but suddenly due to the closure of my company, I had to cancel the booking because I do not have any job. After cancelling their flat, the termination letter was sent to us it is been approximately * years and not a single amount has been refunded to us. We have sent lot of mails to them for settlement I have signed a affidavit after which they said with in a week everything will be Settled.But nothing is happening and no one is responding.
In our home only my mother is currently working and no one else has a job. My father is undergoing medical treatment and my younger sister is still studying in the school, even the household expenses are also being taken care of by my mother and apart from that we are paying interest for the loan which we took for purchasing the flat, which is an additional burden for us.

We are helpless and are unable to run our house. Requesting you to kindly look into the matter and help us.
