I booked a flight from Hyderabad to Port Blair **th March - PNR (FL**KM). It was cancelled due to lockdown and the credit shell was issued to happy easy go .
So now i need to travel from Hyderabad to Delhi . But Company has no option to allow us book flights on their website using credit shell . We need to raise a request manually through call . But even after raising a request they take *-* hours to respond to the request , till that time they have only one reply seats are not available . But on the same time if i am trying to book a fresh ticket from their website with money they have tickets .
This is scam they are running to keep the money of the consumer and fill their pockets in this time of lockdown .
