I had placed Order (#LC*****) with https://www.londoncotton.in/ on **nd May **** and received the delivery on **th May ****. But as I didn't like the material, I had requested a return on **th May (they have a * day return policy (https://www.londoncotton.in/pages/return-and-replacement-policy). However, despite multiple attempts, e-mail reminders I have been unable to get any response from them through any of the contact channels provided, including:
• Email: hello@londoncotton.in (emails are bouncing back)
• Mobile: ********** (no response)
• WhatsApp: ********** (no response)
This lack of response is unacceptable and raises serious concerns about their customer support and return process.
