I Have Ordered A Mobile Phone From ShopClues It Had Some Problem And Me N My Family Was Also Not Happy And Satisfied With This Product.
I Chatted With The ShopClues Customer Care Executive Every Day.
Stiff No Correct Response From There Side
Everyday I Used To Chat With The Customer Care Executive He Used To Tell Me To Wait ** Hours And Sometimes Technical Issues
After That Finally The Took To Ordered Product Back But They Are Still Not Giving The Refund Back
Just Keep On Saying It's Not Possible They Will Repair N Give The Phone Back
But I Want Only Refund
There's No Self Satisfaction In This This Has Ruined My Happiness
For A Middle Class Family It's A Big Thing
Now It's ** Days Passed I Keep On Saying Same Things About Refund And They Do The Same Sometimes Technical Issues Or Say Not Possible
