I had recently ordered a product which came today . It was a COD order .
The product delivered to me is very cheap and completely different from the one mentioned on their website.
I request for a return via their official email id and gave them details with images of the product and asked them to refund me the money .
They said that it is not in their policy to give refund they can provide an exchange or store credit.
In return I responded that this policy would’ve been valid and considerable if company official website would have the right information about the quality of the product and materials.
They were adament on exchange and store credit and said that they will share original images for next product to me.
I asked them for the refund and said that i would never buy from this website ever again .
They have stopped responding to me.
