I booked a room in hotel blueue mont at Varanasi via Agoda,paid ****.** by my debit card, they sent a confirmation no *********.the timings is */**/** to */**/**.today I go to bleue mant hotel, they not given to room they said booking is not confirmed.i trying to Agoda, their foolish customer system iritating me,. please send the complaint to Agoda administration and instruct to refund my amount
