I applied for Hathway connection in May ****... my connection number is **********...I paid rs. **** in advance ... which their stupid representative named Akbar ( contact number-**********) told me to do ... after that, he said it is not possible to install connection because of my society rules... then why he told me to deposit the money?... I said ok then return my money... ITS BEEN OVER * MONTHS AND I M STILL WAITING FOR MY RETURN.... and their stupid call centre guys call me often to renew my account which I never used... I explained them this to their at least *-* robot representative they disconnect my call when I start explaining them they disconnect my phone.
