The refund which should have been completed within *-* business days officially has not reflected in my bank account for ** days. I have contacted the customer service of Amazon many times but nobody solved the problem and they are continuing to give me false hope and misguided me for all these days and did not solve the problem yet. Even the seniors of customer service department misguided me.
