Hey sir,
Regarding my delivery, I ordered my medicine on ** aug in the hope I will receive in * days . But it has been ** aug and still I am just left with hope, no one helping me neither your customer care support team. I reached them * times all they gave me is more hope. I don't know why but I want to know why my order is revolving in pune district for * straight days, why I am not able to receive it till now. Do you not value your customer or your delivery service had always been this shitty. I don't want to use these kind of word but I am mentally harassed and also I will be approaching consumer court if I see more delay. I don't want to create trouble but my mental condition have been Detorieted due to your courier service. Hope you will be able to resolve my queries at the earliest.
