Dear Sir,

This is to inform that the Order * of * from Order ID *****************M is not delivered yet but the delivery status is showing delivered on the netmeds app. The tracking details for the order * of * from the same order id is also not available on the application. I called the customer care twice yesterday and today regarding the same but the call was disconnected by your executive after listening to my problem.

As such, you are requested to deliver the same to me immediately or else I will be forced to lodge a complaint in the consumer forum for fraud and cheating from your side. The order * of * has the medicine, Rabezol Dsr capsule Quantity * and Clopitab A ** mg Capsule Quantity: *.

I received a call from Delhivery Bhagalpur office today at * pm (mob. no. **********) regarding Order * of * from Order ID *****************M, who told me that another shipment has been delivered wrongly which is showing not delivered yet in your app. He asked me for the tracking number of that and said that he will resolve my problem or refund me the money paid for the undelivered package.

After receiving no calls from him for the last one hour, I called him and he started speaking very badly and said you can do whatever you can. You can hear the recordings of the person herewith for your reference. I have also attached the picture of the person from his whatsapp account so that you can take immediate action.

I will be forced to take this matter to consumer forum or local police station if it remains unresolved in the next * business days. Note it and act accordingly.
