Booked sugar testing machine countout one plus * number from ShopClues. Paid amount Rs**** through icici credit card. Now I want to cancel it. tried to raise cancel request in their website, the next day.cancel lik is disabled in website.They are not allowing in website or app. All links for cancel, deactivated. Then called customer care center. IVR response received that order cannot be cancelled. Then got an sms that item got shipped. I don't want product . I want my money back.pl return money. Taking up issue with icici also to report fraud payment and stop payment.
