The issue that I have experienced was: pelase be informed that i have booked the ola cab vide the
osn no OSN********** AND OSN********** THE DRIVER HAS NOT ARRIVED FOR PICKUP
HE HAS DEVIATED THE ROUTE AND ALSO MARCHED TOWARDS THE DROP INSTEAD OF
COMMING FOR PICKUP AND ON ASKING HE DENIED AND REFUTED AND SHOWED HIS
TEMPER ANGER AND TEETH AND NAIL ALSO HE IS SO MISBEHAVED RUDE AND
ILLMANNERED HE TOLD ME THAT I WILL NOT COME FOR PICKUP AND U CAN DO WHATEVER
U WANT COMPLAINING WILL NOT HELP ME AND ALSO HE HAS CANCELLED THE TRIP
TACTFULLY HE HAS GONE TO ALONG DISTANCE AND THEN STARTED THE TRIP AND AS PER
POLICY THE SAME RIDE WAS CANCELLED AND ALL THE IMAGES ARE THE PROOF FOR THE
SAME THAT ARE ATTACHED BELOW PLEASE INVESTIAGATE THE SAME AND AWARD A
SUITABLE PUNISHMENT TO THE DRIVER IT SHOULD BE A CITABLE EG FOR ALL I HOPE I
WILL GET THE PROPER RESOLUTION
