- Not being able to port Closed

I’m a resident of Jagadhri (Yamunanagar). Currently ** members of my family, including me, are using corporate postpaid connection of Airtel under my firm’s name.
Because of the poor signal strength of Airtel in the whole city, we wanted to port to some other network. But each time we requested to port, the request has been rejected on the ground that signature doesn’t match. Strange thing is that the authorised signatory has signed on the letter head of the firm each time while requesting to port.
We have tried atleast *-* times and everytime they have used this same excuse.
We are into manufacturing business and make approximately ****-**** calls daily, out of which atleast **% calls fail. So one can imagine the enormity of problem we are facing.
As last resort, I’m writing this complaint to you, hoping you’ll take some strict and swift action.
