I have ordered a chair from Pepperfry and the chair is defective.My order is *********. I have received the product as on **th of February. despite of being in the seven day return policy this product is not getting accepted for return by the company. The customer service associates are rude specially naming Ayesha and Muskan I have repeatedly called their customer service and their saying me that they are not going to return this product basically they are harassing their customers and also doing a biggest scam.
Please help me in getting my product returned.
