Product Name: Vapor KW** Smart Watch with Camera (Round Dial)

I have order the product through this website. I have received wrong product and is not what i have ordered. The only way i could complain is through e-mail as the official number of the company is not working whenever i had called.
The company says that the product cannot be returned as it is not as per our return policy. On reading the return terms it clearly states that we take back the product if you have received the wrong item.
Through subsequent e-mail to the company, it had stopped replying.
Kindly take some serious action against the company and claim the value as refund, along with any claim necessary to compensate my valuable time wasted in resolving my issues with the company.
