Respected Consumer Forum Team,I am writing to file a formal complaint against PhysicsWallah Private Limited for deficiency of service, non-delivery of prepaid goods, and deceptive tracking updates.On May *, ****, I ordered the "Arjuna For JEE Main & Advanced Class ** Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics Modules and Question Booklet" via the Physics Wallah app. I made a full online advance payment of ₹*,***.**.Order Details:Order ID: M********Invoice Number: VTIUP/**/******External Order No: PW****FKATRK*Registered Mobile Number: **********Delivery Address: A-** indrapuri loni ghaziabad, first floor of up baithak cafe, electricity office, UP baithak cafe, GHAZIABAD, Uttar Pradesh - ******The Issue:There is a massive discrepancy and fraudulent activity regarding the delivery of my order:The main order summary page on the PW app falsely updated the status to "Delivered" on May *, ****—just ** hours after ordering.However, upon clicking the order details internally, the app status still strictly displays only "Placed," proving it never even left their warehouse at that time.Later, a tracking link provided by PW claimed that the shipment was delivered on May **, ****, at approximately *:** PM.This is a complete FAKE DELIVERY. No courier executive ever reached my address, no OTP was shared, and I have received absolutely no books. My crucial Class ** JEE **** preparation is suffering immensely due to this severe delay of nearly a month.Despite reaching out to their customer support team, I have only received automated template replies with no human intervention or resolution.Relief Demanded:I request Physics Wallah to immediately do one of the following within ** hours:Conduct an urgent investigation with their logistics partner, verify the fake delivery, and re-dispatch a fresh set of Class ** JEE Modules to my address via a reliable courier.Alternatively, issue a full refund of ₹*,***.** to my original payment source so I can purchase study materials elsewhere.
