I was informed at the airport that the flight had been cancelled by the airline/airport authorities due to operational reasons. Since the cancellation was not caused by me, I requested for a full refund of the ticket amount to the original mode of payment.When I contacted Air India customer care center I was informed that i am eligible for full refund.
I requested that you process the refund at your earliest convenience and share to the original mode of payment.But when contacted Yatra customer care they informed that they have no information of flight cancelation and it would be partial refund reference number *************, it indicates a processing timeline of * months.
