We ordered a few grocery items this morning at **.** hr in Goa (Order # ***************). The delivery boy came to our Colony and asked aged people like us to collect the Order from his bike parked elsewhere. In earlier cases, the delivery boy came to our house and delivered to the doorstep.
I am unsure whether this is a new policy introduced by your company or it is an aberration. I am an old client of yours.
Kindly arrange to send the Ordered items this time by a more disciplined delivery man. Thanks
