- NoBroker is Cheating Customer ^Closed

I want to lodge a compliant for NoBroker staff. They made multiple calls for me buy the plan for selliing my flat
*) Untill * days they did not even come to click the pics of my flat (remember as per plan my ** days starts from date of purchase so my * days wasted here)
*) The first RM manager tell me your property is too small to sell ( such a negative impression even before started. Remember the flat is *** sq ft for * BHK & there are flat which are smallerthe this. Not sure how competent this RM was. I had to struggle very hard to get new RM). Waste of days again
*) Field office HIMSELF calls me saying I am your field officer but today I am on leave so can not come to take the pic of the flat. If he was on day off why did he call me or why was another field office not assigned to me.
*) The second filed officer assinged, whenever I call her it says I am dialling wrong number (this is the number given by NoBroker). If I chat she is not responding. Then just to talk to her I have to email NoBroker,. Its like begging for service even after paying.
*) Its been almost ** days & not a single input form NoBorker.
*) Every second day I get some weird message from NoBroker that your field officer is XXX or your new RM is XYZ. Whom to trust.
I can not be handing my house keys to any random person with so many names I keep receiving.
PLEASE Look at the pics.
On April *st I am receiveing a message of key handover while there was no one visited the flat so how come key handing over
On March **th, I get message for RM with * different names.
When I look at the advertisement, one day the number of views shows *** plus then second day it becomes zero or any random number.

I have been calling several times & your staff keep me on hold & then disconnect the call adding to the frustation. TL's make a promise to call back but never callback. They give some random numbers saying its there direct number call in case of need. When i call someone else picks the call & never connect me to the asked person
Your Staff making fake promises are - Hari Haran, Melvin, Rakshith(this is the guy who say your flat is too small to sell), Tasmia(She is the one not a able to convince single customer, Not sure if she is working), Faizan (he said he is on day off & can not come to take the pics), Tasmia's manager (forgot his name) & amny more who disconnected my call (please check the call records)
NOW IN WHOLE I WANT REFUND OF THE PAYMENT DONE. I DON"T WANT ANY SERVICE. IF NOT THEN I AM GOING TO FILE CASE AGAINST NOBROKER.
