I have purchased Mivi Octave * Wireless Speaker via CRED and order # R*********.
After getting the product, it worked for one week and was stopped working. I have raised a ticket (#******) with Mivi and got the replacement. The replacement product has an issue of *.*mm jack is not working, regarding this, I have already reported to Mivi via email on **th March ****, and sent many reminder emails but till now no response, and the customer care number is not answerable. The product purchase date is **st September ****, in another few days the warranty is going to expire.
