Hi,
We have paid Rs. ****** to country vacations for domestic+international holidays.
First manager told that we can pay some amount and rest amount we can pay within *-*years. We paid Rs. ****** that time..
When we asked for international card the person told us that we will get it in sometime ,but we didn't receive it.Later on he changed his words and said that once we pay the full amount they will send the card.
Now after * years when we paid the full amount they are saying that there is no such entry for our name to have international card. We upgraded our package due to international tours only..
