My Name is Shyam and I have taken the *-year plan from Excitel Broadband Pvt. Ltd. From the last two weeks I'm facing the issue of connection inactivity and no services. I have called them every day for the status but haven't got any update and the issue is not resolved yet. Now finally I asked for a refund but still, I'm not getting any proper response on the same.
