नमस्कार। मेरा नाम आशीष गुप्ता है। में हाथरस (उत्तर प्रदेश, पिन कोड ******) का रहने वाला हूं। में यहाँ के DEN सर्विस के ऑपरेटर महोदय मुकेश जी (**********) से काफी ज्यादा परेशान हो चुका हूं। हर महीने समय से पैसा देने के बाबजूद भी महीने के ** दिन तक सर्विस नही मिलती है। महीने का ऐसा कोई दिन नही गया जिस दिन इनको सर्विस के लिए फ़ोन नही गया हो। हर दिन फ़ोन करने पर भी कोई प्रतिक्रिया नही होती है। पिछले * दिनों से कोई भी चैनल हमारे टेलीविज़न पर नही दर्शाया गया है।
आपसे अनुरोध करता हूँ कि इस समस्या का सुझाव मुझे दिलाएं।
