I had purchased AMC on **th Feb and was promised service withing ** hours. even after scheduled time had passed no service executive visited. Since then I have been e mailing their customer support, calling helpline & whatsapp line, they are fooling me for * days. All the e mails have the same language, they are automated and assuring a service within ** hours of the e mail. this loop has been continuing for * straight days.
everytime i call customer care they assure me a service SOON, but when they have no idea.
They are hopeless & pathetic.
Extorting money, their sales team is quick in responding to NEW sales enquiry, but for grievances nobody is listening.
