I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service provided by your company regarding the maintenance of my water purifier under the Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC). Despite repeated calls and reminders, your service technicians have failed to show up for scheduled servicing, which is a clear violation of our agreement. This negligence has compromised the quality of water in my household, posing a health risk to my family. I urge you to take immediate action to rectify this situation and ensure prompt and reliable servicing as per our contract terms.
