I have ordered one product, didn't find it as shown in the picture.
Made a return request the very next moment. But if I check the status...Even it has not shown that the order is delivered to me. I have received the order *-* days back but it still shows that it has been dispatched.
Tried reaching them over call on all the three contact numbers mentioned, but all three are switched off or unreachable. I wrote to zipker's customer care where they responded well at first sight, but told me that what they delivered is the same as shown in picture, I still asked them for return because I am not satisfied. They have stopped replying to the complaint thread. I tried reaching them through Instagram, I wrote "I want to place an order" they replied "Sure ma'am which one", the moment I asked them for customer care executive number they started ignoring my messages and now have blocked me. The same goes for whatsapp as well.
