- No Resolution for Broken Laptop Closed

I Purchased a laptop from flipkart on **th June **** and it got delivered to me on **nd june ****, when I open the laptop and turn on, I see that the screen is broken and then I called customer care and said the same then they said that, It is not updated as Delivered to us, so please wait for ** hours and then I made a call on **rd and said that my laptop is broken and then they said that Iam raising this issue and you will get the resolution within **th june,
And then I made a call on **th june, Then they said that you will get the resolution by **th, and you will get a call from higher authorities and they will provide you the resolution.
Then on **th there is no resolution and I made a call again and they said please wait for another ** to ** hours
Then I made a call again so many times and there is no resolution provided by them
I raised this issue in twitter and then I received a call from social media team and they asked me to provide the identity card and address proof, so I sent them on *rd july, then they said please allow us ** hours for the resolution, but there is no resolution
Today is **th july, still they are saying that we are working on this issue, please be assured, thats it, but there is no resolution
This issue is affecting my mental peace and my time is also lost, I had so much work to do with my laptop, thats why I purchased
But since one month iam holding the broken laptop, dont know what to do,
I asked them that, if return or replacement is not possible, then tell me that, I will repair it with my money because laptop is necessary for me now, but they are saying that please allow me ** to ** hours thats it,
Everytime I made a call or everytime I messaged them in twitter, they say the same thing, Please wait, Be assured we are working on your issue,
My * month time is lost and it affected my mental peace so much
