I placed an order on the **st of October with the assurance that my Ikea products would be delivered in **-** days, after receiving the money there were no updates and after waiting the full ** days I was told it was delayed by a week due to Diwali and to expect delivery by **th-**th November. After waiting again until the **th I was then told it would take another *-* days so instead requested a full refund, which they sais would reflect in my account in *-** days, it’s now the **th November and there’s no refund in sight. And all I’m given is lies and excuses or they just ignore my calls/messages.
