actually, i buy a watch from fossil.com, in the first week of december. it was defected and i returned it. it reached their warehouse. but i m waiting for my refund till today. their representatives are giving me false promises again and again. i have all the email conversations in which they are giving me false excuses. please helpme in this matter.
