I have ordered Ikall N* tablet from shopclues order no.*********.. They gave me the product and i returned it..I applied for replacement than later i cancelled the replacement and applied for refund on shopclues..Shopclues costumer service told that they will refund or replace the product only after getting the confirmation from Ikall company..But they didnt do anything..i checked the internet and found that Ikall doenst have any customer care no. And they dont even have a wabsite..The company is fake and cheating the constumers by not giving any return or refund or replacement.so i want u to Take action against them.They called me for the replacement but now they are not picking up the call..I want u to track them and take necessary action against them and refund my product
