I ordered soft silk saree worth **** include delivery charge also. But that was not even worth *** like utter the worst nylon-like material. I want to return that so I called them many times often. They won't respond. At last, they answered to send via the same address on parcel through courier. Then they send the receipt which was in courier. I have sent at that time itself. The parcel also reached there. After these, they not even call or text for my refund. I called them many times. It takes away more than * days. Now also I have tried but no response. I mentally and financially suffered a lot. I need my money and they should be punished. I saw their site's complaint many people suffered like this. Kindly take steps.
