I got my ticket aborted on **rd of december **** for travelling from Bagdogra Airport to Mumbai Airport and was supposed to get a refund of Rs.**** within * days as intimated over the phone call.It's been more than ** days and haven't got my refund yet.
Everyday i mail them they only reply with your refund has been initiated or we will talk to our team.
I totally found Varafi as frauduleting our money but the sad part is i had to go for my internship and wasn't able to go due to no money left on my account.
I am literally in a need of that money as the amount means a lot for me being a student belonging to poor family.
Please help in getting my money back.
