I have booked the flight ticket through make my trip on **st /Sep & travel on **th/ Sep (Chennai to dubai via Colombo ),
I got the call from srilankan airline - Chennai Mr Rahim
on **nd/Sep and he has informed that the Air bubble agreement between India & Sri Lanka, Transit passengers are not allowed to travel VIA Colombo.
He suggested to contact makemy trip agent to change the flight schedule, same has been conveyed with customer support, they have informed that our support team will contact within * to * hours, how ever I didn't get the positive response from them,
I have booked the ticket after got the confirmation one of your employee and confirmed that there is no restriction on this flight, then shall proceed with the ticket processing,
The MakeMyTrip developed beautiful software, the people couldn't able to travel from India to Sri Lanka, but we could able to book the tickets through MakeMyTrip site, See how beautiful software has been programmed, Also how beautifully earning money with cancellation & other charges,
If the people weren't able to travel to Sri Lanka how it has been allowed in your software,
It's full of MAKEMYTRIP faults, I request to refund my charges, they are simply closing the ticket and i didn't get any positive update from Make my trip support team.
